Janelle Mayweather

Janelle Mayweather has over 20 years of work experience, starting in 1999 at Farmers Insurance. Janelle began as a Sr. Customer Service Representative and eventually moved up to a Supervisor role in 2004. In 2012, they transitioned to becoming a Talent Recruiter for Farmers Insurance. In 2021, Janelle joined IAT Insurance Group as a Senior Recruiter.

Janelle Mayweather holds a Master's Degree in Human Resources Development from Western Michigan University, which they obtained from 2007 to 2010. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management at Davenport University from 2000 to 2004. In addition to their formal education, Janelle has acquired certifications in time management and critical thinking through LinkedIn, specifically "15 Secrets Successful People Know About Time Management (getAbstract Summary)" and "Using Questions to Foster Critical Thinking and Curiosity." Janelle obtained these certifications in May 2020.
