Stacy Kleyweg

Stacy Kleyweg has a diverse work experience in the insurance industry. Stacy started their career at Euclid Managers in 2004 as an Assistant Underwriter, where they managed new business clearance and cultivated positive agency relationships. In 2008, they joined Liberty Mutual as a Senior Underwriting Assistant, responsible for various tasks including risk assessment and policy issuance. Stacy was later promoted to the role of Underwriting Support Supervisor, where they supervised a team and was responsible for staff hiring, training, and development.

In 2012, Stacy moved to Travelers and worked as an Operations Manager, effectively managing a team of 19 Account Managers and implementing tactical business planning decisions. Stacy then transitioned to the role of Account Executive, partnering with Sales Executives to underwrite Small Business in multiple states.

Most recently, Stacy worked at IAT Insurance Group as a Supervisor, Underwriting Support, and was promoted to Business Operations Analyst. In this role, they led the OMBRA initiative to determine employee time allocation and designed a time study program to capture task timings. Stacy also developed an Operations Scorecard to track goals and metrics.
