Todd Bateson

Todd Bateson is the current EVP of Transportation at IAT Insurance Group. Prior to this, they were President of Specialized Distribution at Travelers Insurance from July 2009 to September 2015. In this role, they were responsible for the performance and profitability of Northland Transportation, Northfield Excess & Surplus lines, and Travelers Program business. Todd Bateson was also President of Construction at Travelers from January 1996 to December 2009. In this role, they were responsible for the performance and profitability of the Construction business. Todd Bateson began their career at Aetna Casualty & Surety as an Underwriting Unit Manager from January 1986 to December 1996. In this role, they were responsible for leading an underwriting organization targeting mid-size commercial risks located in Louisiana and Mississippi.

Todd Bateson's educational career consists of a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from Moravian University and a Master of Business Administration from Georgia State University.
