Kelsey Beck is a product development professional with extensive experience in the fashion industry, currently serving as a Product Development Manager for Textiles at West Elm since May 2024. Additionally, Kelsey has been involved in Broadway wardrobe management with IATSE since May 2022, contributing to productions such as "Oh, Mary!" and "Funny Girl." Previous roles include Associate Manager of Product Development for Men's Knits and Women's Woven Tops at Gap, where Kelsey collaborated on special projects with notable designers. Kelsey also held positions at AMERICAN EAGLE OUTFITTERS INC. and kate spade new york, starting as a Production Assistant and advancing to Visual Supervisor. Kelsey is an alumnus of the Fashion Institute of Technology, with degrees in Fashion Merchandising.

The International Alliance of Theatrical Stage Employees is the largest union representing workers in the entertainment industry in The United States and Canada. Our members work in all forms of live theater, motion picture production, television production, television broadcasting, trade shows, exhibitions, and concerts, as well as the equipment and construction shops that support all these areas of the entertainment industry. We represent virtually all the behind-the-scenes workers in crafts ranging from motion picture animation to theater ushering.
