Gustavo Labombarda

Gustavo Labombarda currently serves as Vice President of Operations at iAutomation, a role held since October 2025. Prior to this, Gustavo held several leadership positions at Thermo Fisher Scientific, including Head of Operations & Site Leader and Senior Manager of Operations, where responsibilities encompassed optimizing dual reporting structures and leading diverse international teams in various operational domains. Gustavo's earlier experience includes roles as Global Operational Excellence and Engineering Manager at A.W. Chesterton Company, where global operational excellence was managed across multiple sites, and General Manager for a manufacturer of IL/ARC. Gustavo's career also features positions in quality assurance and manufacturing management at Andover Coated Products and 3M Argentina, respectively. Gustavo holds an Executive Certificate in Management and Leadership from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Sciences in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Tecnológica Nacional.
