Nadine Grasnick

Nadine Grasnick has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the HR Application Manager at IAV since June 2007, specializing in SAP SuccessFactors with a focus on modules such as RMK, RCM, ONB/OFB, and Talent Management. In this role, Nadine oversees module development, feature rollout, process optimization, and data governance related to talent acquisition. Prior to this, Nadine held the position of HR Manager at Hyderabad Council of Human Welfare in India for a brief period in early 2007 and also gained early experience as a Student Volunteer at METRO/MAKRO, where responsibilities included multimedia management from June 2001 to July 2002.
