Muhammad Hasibul

Muhammad Hasibul has a diverse range of work experience. Muhammad started their career in 2007 as a Deployment Manager at Talentplus Software Ltd, where they were responsible for deploying web-based applications and maintaining their security. Muhammad then moved on to work as a Manager, Technical Sales and Support at Gulfpersonnel FZ LLC in Dubai, UAE. In this role, they collected client requirements, analyzed them with the project manager, and distributed the work among software developers. Muhammad also updated applications and reported progress to the managing director.

In 2009, Hasibul transitioned to TalentPlus Software Ltd and took on the role of Coordinator, Software Development Team. Here, they managed a team of 11 technical personnel and coordinated with developers, project managers, and clients to design, develop, deploy, and maintain products. Muhammad negotiated information management and technology requirements with clients and worked to ensure the deployment of database resources.

From 2010 to 2014, Hasibul worked as an IT Consultant for the Deepening MTBF and Strengthening Financial Accountability Project, where they updated, created, and managed web content and databases. Muhammad also provided support in network and internet management, troubleshooting services, and maintenance contract management with different vendors.

Most recently, Hasibul joined iBaax in 2014 as a Project Manager. In this role, they followed up with the software development team and engineers to deliver updates to clients. Muhammad coordinated with top management, clients, business analysts, and UX teams to specify upcoming deliverables. Muhammad also cross-checked the work of the QA team.

Overall, Hasibul has a strong background in project management, coordination, software development, and deployment. Muhammad has experience working with clients, managing teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects.

Muhammad Hasibul completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Management Information Systems (MIS) from American International University-Bangladesh in 2010-2011. Prior to that, they also completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in MIS from the same university between 2003-2007. Additionally, they obtained the Scrum Master Certified (SMC) certification from SCRUMstudy - Accreditation Body for Scrum and Agile in May 2016.
