Japman Kharbanda

Japman Kharbanda has a diverse work experience, starting with their current role as a Project Manager at Ibanera LLC. Prior to this, they worked as a Digital Banking Analyst at the same company. In 2020, they co-founded Kure & Co., a company focused on producing aromatic, naturally healing essential oil candles.

Before their entrepreneurial venture, Japman held various positions at AIESEC Canada, including Branch Manager and Outgoing Exchange Manager. Japman also worked as an Operations Associate at HLGS Marketing Ltd. and as a Customer Service and Sales Specialist at Saje Natural Wellness.

During their academic journey, Japman had a summer internship at Stone Soup. Overall, their experiences encompass project management, digital banking analysis, entrepreneurship, branch management, exchange program management, operations, customer service, sales, and internships.

Japman Kharbanda completed their education with a Bachelor's degree in Economics from The University of British Columbia, from 2016 to 2020. Prior to that, they obtained their High School Diploma in Business/Commerce, General from Welham Girls' School, from 2013 to 2016. In addition, they completed a certification in Time Value of Money from the University of Michigan through Coursera in June 2020.
