Senior Director, Customer Success at iBASEt

Rob Stevens, MBA, has a diverse range of work experience spanning over two decades. Starting from 1997, they worked at AT&T as a National Support Center Representative. In 1999, they joined Boss Game Studios as an MIS Assistant and Webmaster, where they designed and managed the studio's website and wrote manuals for their games. From 2000 to 2002, they worked at Data Critical Corporation as a Webmaster, Marketing, where they built landing pages and servers for their products.

Rob joined CallVision in 2005 as a Technical Support Specialist and then moved on to Nintendo World Report in 2006 as a Senior Editor. At Marketsync, they served as a Marketing Intern in 2006 and later became a Marketing Program Manager and Coordinator.

In 2007, Rob joined bLoyal as a Customer Support Manager and Marketing Specialist, where they reduced support costs and redesigned the company's website. From 2012 to 2014, they worked at PaperShare, Inc. as a Customer Success Manager and Marketing Manager, where they developed a content marketing strategy and organized launch events.

Rob's experience in customer success roles began at Dynamic Signal in 2014, where they worked as a Senior Customer Success Manager. Rob later became the Director of Corporate Customer Success, Director of Education and Training, and Director of KCS and Service Enablement. During their tenure, they achieved high customer satisfaction rates, improved operational efficiencies, and implemented successful training programs.

Rob'smost recent position is as the Senior Director of Customer Success at iBASEt since March 2021. Here, they have improved customer satisfaction, streamlined operations, and managed the implementation of customer success platforms.

Rob Stevens received a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Global Business and Finance from Eastern Washington University in 2020. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing and Management from the University of Washington Bothell in 2007. Rob also holds an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in General Studies from Cascadia College, which they obtained in 2005. Rob has additional certifications in Customer Success Management and Game Design.
