Steven P. has extensive work experience in finance and operations roles. Steven currently works as the Global Director, Carrier Settlements & Financial Operations at iBASIS, where they lead and coaches a global team in the United States and Europe. Steven'sresponsibilities include managing finance operations, such as credit, accounts receivable, and customer dispute management, as well as improving internal processes and maintaining good relationships with partners.

Prior to iBASIS, Steven worked as the Accounts Receivable & Billing Operations Manager at CBES-US, where they were responsible for managing billing operations, WIP management, and collections review.

Steven also has experience as the Regional Credit Manager at Alta Material Handling, where they handled credit, collections, cash application, and billing operations for multiple branches. Steven implemented standardized procedures, eliminated unnecessary administration hours, and coached employees while balancing policies and procedures.

Additionally, Steven worked as an Insurance Operations Manager at A.I.M. Mutual Insurance Companies, overseeing premium receivable, policy production, and various departments. Steven also served as a Premium Receivable Supervisor, managing a team of accounts receivable representatives and implementing an online payment platform for insureds.

Earlier in their career, Steven held roles such as Accounts Receivable Supervisor at Gemline, Early Containment/Customer Service/Asset Management at Firestone Financial, and Realtor at ZipRealty. Steven also worked at Kohl's, starting as a Management Intern and progressing to Assistant Store Manager-CFH and Manager In Training. Steven P. completed their high school education at Methuen High School. After graduating, they attended Northern Essex Community College from 2006 to 2008, where they earned an Associate's degree in Business Transfer. From 2008 to 2010, Steven pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance and Operations Management at the Isenberg School of Management, UMass Amherst. In 2014 and 2015, they furthered their education by completing a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Strategic Leadership at New England College.
