Amar Dhaliwal has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles throughout their career. Starting in 1999, they co-founded THINQ Learning Solutions and served as the VP of Engineering, Services, and Support. Amar played a crucial role in developing the THINQ solution and implementing it successfully at various large enterprises and government agencies.

In 2005, Dhaliwal joined Saba as the VP of Engineering, responsible for designing and developing the THINQ technology platform and mapping customer migrations to the Saba platform. Over the years, they progressed within the company and took on various roles such as SVP Product Operations Group, SVP, Client Success Operations, and Chief Evangelist.

In 2014, Dhaliwal became a Board Director and Advisor at Nugg Solutions Corp. Amar also served as an Advisor at EdCast Inc, where they were previously the Chief Evangelist responsible for the company's brand, product, technology, and client evangelism.

In 2015, Dhaliwal co-founded Digital Cues and assumed the role of Chairman. Additionally, they became a Member of the Immersive Wearable Advisory Council at Google in 2019.

Throughout their career, Dhaliwal has been involved in the field of augmented reality, serving as the CEO of Atheer, a company at the forefront of AR in the enterprise. Amar was also a Board Member at Atheer and held the position of Chief Operating Officer.

With their extensive experience in systems analysis and development, business consulting, sales, and business communications, Dhaliwal has made significant contributions to the technology and learning management solutions industry.

Amar Dhaliwal obtained a Master of Science (M.Sc) degree in Finance from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) in 1984. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) degree in Finance from the University of London between 1980 and 1983. In addition to their academic qualifications, they also obtained the ACA certification from the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales in 1988.
