Tammy Ramos

Tammy Ramos is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in training and management. Currently serving as Vice President of Leadership, Management, and Competency Development Training at IBC Bank since February 2019, Tammy also holds the position of Vice President, San Antonio Market Training Manager. Prior to this, from April 2016 to March 2018, Tammy worked as a Performance Specialist at Insperity, and from June 1994 to December 2015, held various roles at Broadway Bank, including Assistant Vice President of Retail Banking, Personal Banker, Retail Technical and Soft Skills Trainer, Training Supervisor, and Retail Banking Sales Trainer and Coach. Tammy earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Education from Mississippi University for Women between 1981 and 1985.
