Dan Wade has extensive experience in learning and development, currently serving as the Head of Learning and Development at iBC Healthcare since March 2022. Prior to this role, Dan held positions as Learning and Development Manager at HC-One and Regional People Development Manager at Chartwell Trust Care. Dan's career began at The Esland Group Ltd, where responsibilities included Training Manager, Training Officer, and Senior Care Practitioner. Earlier roles included a Care Worker at CAMBIAN GROUP PLC and an English and Music TEFL teacher at a junior school. Dan also served as a Learning Support Assistant at The Robert Smyth Academy. Dan holds a BA HONS in Drama and Creative Writing from De Montfort University, and possesses Level 3 qualifications in both childcare and education and training.
