Dennis Rikhotso

Dennis Rikhotso has a wide range of experience in operations and management roles. Dennis is currently working as the Head of Operations at Iberchem, where they are responsible for continuously improving daily operations and maintaining a high-quality manufacturing operation. Prior to this, they served as an Operations Manager at Trojan Food Manufacturers and Westfalia Fruit, where they oversaw various aspects of operations, including procurement, production planning, packing, and staff management. Dennis also worked as a Unit Superintendent at Nampak and held multiple roles at Kellogg Company, including Packaging Operations Manager and Business Unit Manager. Additionally, Dennis has experience in the explosives manufacturing industry as a Shift Manager at AEL Mining Services. Dennis began their career at Kimberly-Clark as a Process Technician and Maintainer Operator before joining Sappi Fine Paper Europe as a Mechanical Maintenance Artisan and Trainee Mechanical Technician.

Dennis Rikhotso has a diverse education history. In 1994, they obtained their Matric from Bankuna High School. Following this, they pursued a National Diploma in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Johannesburg from 1995 to 1998. In 2004, they obtained a Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety Act from the University of South Africa. Dennis furthered their education at the University of Johannesburg, completing a B-Tech in Operations Management from 2012 to 2013. Recently, in 2014, they attended the GIBS Business School (Gordon Institute of Business Science) to earn a PMD degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services.
