Michael White has extensive experience in the fragrance industry. Michael worked at Iberchem from 2017 to the present, where they held positions as Global Applications & Technology Director and New Technologies Director. In these roles, they were responsible for developing new fragrance technologies and improving perfume performance. Prior to Iberchem, Michael worked at Drom Fragrances International from 2007 to 2017 as Global Applications Director, overseeing fragrance applications and product development. Michael also worked at International Flavors & Fragrances from 1995 to 2007 as a Fragrance Applications Manager, focusing on fabric care applications and managing key global projects. Michael's career in the industry began at Jeyes UK as a Product Development Manager from 1991 to 1995.
Michael White earned their MSc in Instrumental Chemical Analysis from Liverpool John Moores University in 1985. Prior to that, they completed their BSc in Chemistry from the University of East Anglia between 1981 and 1984. Michael also received training in various fields such as Marketing & Selling R&D, Commercialising Research & Inventions, Managing Innovation & NPD from Cranfield School of Management. Michael further pursued education in Strategic R&D Management, International Project Management, and Managing Innovation from INSEAD. Lastly, they studied Product Technology Roadmapping at the University of Cambridge.
