Daniele Arculeo has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Daniele started their career as a Business Analyst at Business Integration Partners from December 2011 to May 2013, where they were involved in planning digital transformation projects and defining target KPIs. Daniele then worked as an IT Project Manager and Functional Analyst at Geko S.p.A. from February 2014 to May 2015. After that, they served as a Customer Service Manager at Roma Gas & Power from June 2015 to October 2017. From November 2017 to May 2021, Daniele worked as a Customer Service Manager at Iberdrola, where they were responsible for managing customer care and sales processes. Currently, they serve as the Head of Customer Care at Iberdrola, leading automation projects and managing outsourcers.
Daniele Arculeo holds a Master's Degree in Management Engineering/Industrial Management from the Università degli Studi di Palermo. In 2006, they also attended the Universidad de Oviedo for a program in Industrial Engineering. Additionally, Daniele has obtained various certifications, including Scrum Master training, Agile team management, and leadership development from institutions such as LearnQuest, Coursera, Universidad de Macquarie, WOBI, and LinkedIn. Daniele also completed a program in Digital Customer Service Management from the Rome Business School in 2020.
