Fabricia Abreu

Fabricia Abreu has a range of experience in the HR and talent management field. Fabricia started their career in 2010 as an HR Manager at Elektro Electricity and Services S.A. In 2013, they joined Elektro and served as the Head of HR and Sustainability until 2017. Following that, they joined Iberdrola in 2017 as the Director of Talent Management. In 2022, Fabricia became the Chief Diversity and Inclusion Officer at Iberdrola.

Fabricia Abreu has obtained an MBA degree in Development and Management People from FGV.
