Ignacio Ortega Mariño

Ignacio Ortega Mariño is an experienced leader in the energy sector, currently serving as the Head of Global IT Systems & Infrastructure at Iberdrola since January 2006. Responsibilities include planning and leading technological solutions for business continuity and digital transformation. Additionally, Ignacio leads global Cybersecurity and Data Governance efforts, ensuring compliance with regulations such as GDPR and maintaining ISO certifications. Previous roles include Head of Fuel Backoffice and Head of Environment and Quality Services, alongside expertise in energy trading at Electrabel.
