Ina Ataman

Ina Ataman has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Ina is currently serving as the Head of Backoffice Operations at Iberdrola since June 2022. Prior to this, they worked as an Advisor, Consultant, and Project Manager from February 2021 to May 2022. Ina also held the position of Director of Operations at Smartmove GmbH from November 2018 to August 2020, where they showcased their expertise in operations management, team management, project management, and business development. Before that, they held leadership roles at BAS Kundenservice GmbH & Co. KG I GASAG-Group, where they served as a Group Leader and Team Manager in Customer Service. Ina also gained valuable experience as a Manager in Advisory Services | Finance Transformation at EY from March 2014 to June 2016. Earlier in their career, they worked in various roles at Smartmove GmbH, CSP Consult & Strategy GmbH, EY (Ernst & Young Corporate Finance Beratung GmbH), Orange Moldova, and ARIA, Moldova. Throughout their career, Ina has demonstrated strong leadership, project management, and business development skills.

Ina Ataman has a Master of Arts degree in Economics and Management Science from Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin, which they obtained from 2003 to 2007. Ina also holds a Master's Degree in Business Administration from the Academy of Economic Studies of Moldova, earned from 2002 to 2003, and a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from the same institution, obtained from 1997 to 2002. In 2011 and 2012, Ina underwent Mentoring and Leadership Training for Young Managers at the European Academy for Women in Politics and Business in Berlin. Additionally, they have obtained certifications including "Women in Leadership: Becoming an Agent of Change" from MIT Professional Education and Certified Project Manager - IPMA Level C from GPM Deutsche Gesellschaft für Projektmanagement e.V.
