Yeray Fernandez

Yeray Fernandez has extensive experience in the renewable energy sector, currently serving as Green Hydrogen Origination and Business Development at Iberdrola since February 2021. This role involves searching for opportunities and customers, project development and permitting, as well as the monitoring and operation of plants. Prior to this position, Yeray worked at Iberdrola Renovables from April 2005 to February 2021, holding various roles including Internal Auditor for the renewable business, where responsibilities included assurance related to permits and compliance, and promotion and development of renewable energies, focusing on windfarm projects. Additionally, Yeray contributed to markets and prospective initiatives in renewables, preparing essential documents and reports while monitoring global renewable energy trends.
