Jayne Socotch

Jayne Socotch has a diverse work experience in the banking industry, primarily focused on corporate training and development. Jayne started their career as a contract trainer at First Union in 1995 and then became a Training Director at Orion Bank in 2001, where they developed training programs for the entire organization. Jayne later joined Iberia Bank as a VP - Corporate Trainer, managing the Florida Mentor Program for Retail and facilitating leadership training. In 2011, Jayne joined IBERIABANK Corporation as a VP - Corporate Trainer - Human Resources. Jayne is currently retired and enjoys volunteering for non-profits in Naples, Florida.

Jayne Socotch attended Ohio University from 1975 to 1979, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Organizational Communications. Jayne also completed minors in Business and Marketing.
