Graziano Cocco is a Pre Academy Coach and Scout at Crystal Palace Football Club since August 2023 and operates as a Mental Coach specializing in leadership and athlete development through Graziano Cocco Mental Coach since January 2023. With extensive experience in the hospitality industry, Graziano has held various leadership roles at Ibérica Restaurants and ArrosQD since October 2013, including Head of People & Training, Group Training Manager, General Manager, Group Guest Experience Manager, and Group Bar Manager. Additional coaching roles include serving as a Football Coach at Charlton Athletic Football Club and Coerver Coaching England & Wales, as well as founding FC360, a platform focused on holistic athlete development.
