Angel Alvarez

Angel "Potski" Alvarez is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in operational leadership and management within the customer service industry. Currently serving as President and Country Manager at ibex since June 2017, Alvarez has previously held the role of Senior Vice President and Country Manager, as well as Vice President. Prior experience includes significant positions at Convergys from March 2014 to May 2017, where Alvarez worked as Senior Director Operations and Site Director, and at Stream Global Services as Site Director from November 2011 to February 2014. Additionally, Alvarez was a Client Manager at eTelecare Global Solutions between May 2008 and October 2011.
