Flaregin Jaculina

Flaregin Jaculina, CISLI, CPLI, CPISI, currently serves as Senior Director of Compliance and Risk Management at ibex since September 2020, after holding various compliance-related leadership positions at Acquire BPO from 2008 to 2020, including Head of Global Compliance and Risk Management. Flaregin has extensive experience in providing leadership in compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards such as ISO 27001, PCI DSS, SOC2, GDPR, and Philippine DPA. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing quality tools and methodologies, overseeing internal audit and risk management, and promoting best practices within the organization. Flaregin's earlier career includes roles in quality management at APAC Customer Services and a solid educational background from the University of the Philippines and COPC Inc.
