Gretchen M. Fonseca

Gretchen M. Fonseca currently serves as the VP of Implementations at ibex since September 2023. Additionally, Gretchen worked at Ryder System, Inc., and Aon, where responsibilities encompassed Workday project management and delivery. Prior experience also includes roles at Alight Solutions, Jackson Health System, and Baptist Health South Florida, focusing on business systems and IT consulting. Gretchen M. Fonseca earned a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems and Services from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University between 2010 and 2014.
