Romaine Longley

Romaine Longley is an experienced professional with a focus on training development and performance improvement. Currently serving as Senior Manager Training Development at ibex since July 2017, Romaine has successfully implemented developmental plans and monitored training performance through detailed reports. Prior to this role, Romaine held positions as Training Development Manager and Learning and Development Manager at Sutherland from October 2013 to February 2016. Romaine holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Economics and Statistics from The University of the West Indies, Mona, completed in July 2023.
