Gil J. Sarfaty

Gil J Sarfaty has been working in the HR and operations field since 2014. In 2019, they began working as a Technical Recruiter at Matrix. In 2020, they became the HR and Operations Manager at Cantek Global and in 2021, they began working as an HR Specialist and Global Talent Acquisition at Ibex Medical Analytics. Throughout their career, they have been responsible for the recruitment life cycle, making telephone and frontal interviews, and preparation for professional interviews. Gil J Sarfaty received a Bachelor's degree in Biology, General from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev in 2018. Gil J then went on to pursue a Master's degree in Organizational Behavior & Development (OBD), Business & Psychology at Reichman University (IDC Herzliya), which they completed in 2020.
