Michal Shoval

Michal Shoval has over 20 years of experience in the Human Resources field. From 2000 to 2002, they worked as a Recruitment Specialist at Nisha Group. From 2002 to 2005, they worked as a Recruitment Specialist at Ness Digital Engineering. From 2005 to 2006, they worked as an HR Specialist at Radware, and from 2006 to 2007, they worked as a Recruitment and Training Manager at BigBand Networks. From 2007 to 2009, they worked as an HR Consultant at MyHeritage, Autodesk, and See++ HR Development. In 2013, they worked as an HR Consultant at OverOps. From 2014 to 2021, they held the role of Head of HR EMEA Region at GIA (Gemological Institute of America), leading HR for the EMEA region with global sites in Belgium, UK, South Africa, Botswana and Israel, and managing a team of 4 HR Managers. In 2021, they began working as the VP of Human Resources at Ibex Medical Analytics.

Michal Shoval completed their MBA in Organizational Behavior from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem in 2002. Prior to that, they obtained a BA in Business Management and Communication from the same university in 2000.
