Sara Thye

Sara Thye currently serves as a PA and sales coordinator at IBF A/S since July 2019, where responsibilities include supporting the sales manager, collaborating with the marketing department, analyzing data from NAV and BI, developing sales strategies, participating in annual negotiations, coordinating projects, recruiting sales consultants, and creating presentation materials. Prior to this role, Sara worked at Great Northern from 2017 to 2019 as a Marshall, leading the company's service team while managing hiring, training, and task coordination, in addition to executing marketing tasks and organizing events. Earlier experience includes serving as a student assistant at Syddansk Elite from 2012 to 2015, responsible for communication, advisory, and administration related to elite projects in high schools across Denmark, and engaging with school leadership to present opportunities for balancing higher education with high-level sports. Sara has an academic background in Health and Sports, holding a Master's degree and a Bachelor's degree from the University of Southern Denmark, along with experience as a development consultant intern at the Danish Golf Union.
