Enkelejda Arapi

Enkelejda Arapi has extensive experience as a Senior Project Manager at IBF International Consulting since January 2004, managing international cooperation projects funded by the European Commission and other donors, with a focus on Governance and Home Affairs, Education, Employment and Social issues, Public Health, Macro Economy, Public Finance Management, and Environment. Prior roles include acting as the Coordinator of the Secretariat for the European Business Awards for the Environment in 2004, where responsibilities included liaising with various stakeholders and assisting in the organization of award events. Enkelejda Arapi's earlier experience includes an Administrative Assistant position supporting the Programme Management Unit for the ACP Secretariat and a brief role as a Customer Service Representative at GIC Management S.A. Additionally, Enkelejda Arapi holds a Master's degree in Social Sciences from Université libre de Bruxelles (2014-2016).
