Ee-Leen Chong

Ee-Leen Chong is an experienced professional in career advisory, learning and development, and human resources. Currently serving as the Assistant Director for Career Advisory at IBFSG since May 2019, Ee-Leen manages career centre operations and supports job seekers through career transition processes, encompassing self-discovery, market discovery, and action strategies. With a diverse background that includes roles at Mums@Work, Right Management Singapore, Wong Fong Academy, Corporate Summary Inc, Civil Service College, and the Singapore Government, Ee-Leen has developed and facilitated numerous training programs and workshops focused on talent development, leadership, and employability. Ee-Leen holds a Bachelor of Engineering from the National University of Singapore and a Diploma in Adult Continuing Education from IAL.
