Michal Avera

Michal Avera began their work experience in 2009 with the Israel Defense Forces, where they held various Human Resources positions until 2016. In 2016, they joined IBI Investment House Ltd and served as Head of Operations. Currently, they hold the position of VP of Operations at IBI Investment House Ltd.

Michal Avera obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Human Resources from Bar-Ilan University, completing their studies from 2015 to 2017.
