Jan Schwarz is currently the Head of Labware & Reagents R&D at ibidi GmbH since November 2016. Prior to this, Jan worked as a PHD student at the Institute of Science and Technology Austria from May 2011 to October 2016, specializing in Cell Biology and Immunology. Jan holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Cell Biology and Immunology from IST Austria, a Master's Degree in Biochemistry from Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München, and a Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry and Biochemistry from the same university. Additionally, Jan completed Abitur at Hohenzollern Gymnasium Sigmaringen.
