The experienced and diverse team of IBIS consultants offers assessments, consultation, and coaching to advance individual and organizational diversity, equity and inclusion capability by utilizing a proprietary tool for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion assessment, The Inclusive Organization Framework, and fourteen different areas of organizational impact to gauge where coaching and consultation will ensure the most progress. The IBIS consultation and coaching approach is positive and collaborative whilst focused on learning, adapting, and continuous improvement.
