Nady Persons

Nady Persons is a seasoned educator and social entrepreneur with extensive experience in diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. Currently serving as a Partner at the SELF - Special Education Leader Fellowship and a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Consultant at Ibis Consulting Group, Nady also holds the position of CEO and Co-Founder of Conscious Roots, LLC, which focuses on curriculum development around social justice and inclusion. As a Global Social Entrepreneur Fellow with Teach For All, Nady collaborates with a network of innovators across multiple countries. Previous roles include Director of Design at Bright Morning Consulting Inc. and various leadership positions at Teach For America, where Nady's contributions significantly impacted professional development and strategic initiatives. Nady's educational qualifications include a Doctor of Education and a Master of Arts in Adult Learning and Leadership from Teachers College, Columbia University.
