Katie Roller

Katie Roller is a Principal Consultant at IBIS Consulting, specializing in climate change with a focus on physical climate risk, vulnerability assessments, and adaptation advisory since January 2021. Previously, Katie worked at EY for nearly nine years, progressing from Associate to Manager within the Climate Change and Sustainability Services, where responsibilities included managing non-financial assurance engagements and consulting on sustainability strategy. Early career experiences included a Business Analyst internship at Ernst & Young and a Teaching Assistant role at the University of the Witwatersrand. Katie holds a postgraduate diploma in Management from Witwatersrand Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Ecology and Zoology from the University of the Witwatersrand.
