Pierre Gouws

Pierre Gouws is a seasoned Principal Social Safeguards Consultant with extensive experience in social impact assessments and social and labor monitoring in the construction and operations sectors. Currently at IBIS Consulting since November 2021, Pierre previously held similar roles at MPAMOT and served as a Senior Social Consultant at Mott MacDonald. Earlier career milestones include working as a Social Researcher at Golder Associates Africa and contributing as a guest lecturer at the University of Johannesburg and the University of Pretoria. Pierre earned a Master's Degree in Research Psychology from the University of Pretoria, following Matric from Sasolburg High School.
