Dorien Asampana

Dorien Asampana is an experienced professional currently serving as the Head of Operations at IBISA NETWORK since September 2021 and as the Founder & Intercultural Coach of Asampana Intercultural Coaching since May 2020. With a strong background in operations management, Dorien previously held the role of Head of Operations & People at WorldCover, where responsibilities included managing internal operations, collaborating with the CEO on strategy development, and expanding market presence across four African countries. Dorien's extensive experience also includes positions in public relations, project management, and account management, supported by an educational foundation in social sciences, food policy, and coaching.
