Grant Lawson.

Grant Lawson has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries and roles. Grant began their career as a Plant Manager at Phoenix Biomedical in 1988 and then moved on to work as a Store Operations member at Home Depot, where they played a crucial role in launching the Canadian market and leading an innovative mobile ordering project. In 1996, Grant became General Manager at Kafko Pool Manufacturing before joining Karioss Consulting in 1998 as a Director. At Karioss Consulting, they led various strategic change projects for prominent clients such as Coca Cola, Bank of Montreal, and SunLife Financial. In 2012, Grant transitioned to OMERS Pension Plan, serving as VP of Pension Growth, where they developed a strategic change and readiness plan for pension plan consolidation and led financial product and marketing programs. In 2015, they joined Learning Jungle as a VP of Strategic Initiatives, providing support for acquisition strategy and long-term financial performance. Currently, Grant is employed at iBlüm Learning Company as the VP of Learning Models, leading a data science team in researching and implementing solutions to transform the way we learn.

Grant Lawson completed their Bachelor of Engineering degree at McGill University from 1977 to 1980. Grant then pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) at the Ivey Business School at Western University from 1986 to 1988.
