Carl Bernadotte

Carl Bernadotte is currently serving as the Global Head of Executive Search & Integration at IBM since June 2024. Prior to this role, Bernadotte was the Head of Executive Recruiting at Mastercard from October 2023 to June 2024 and held the position of Global Head of Executive Recruiting for Business & Corporate Functions at Meta from June 2017 to October 2023, where significant accomplishments included establishing a world-class executive recruiting function. Bernadotte also contributed as a Board Member at IRTS Foundation from June 2018 to June 2022 and led Recruitment Research and Executive Search at NBCUniversal Media, LLC between June 2012 and June 2017, focusing on developing recruiting strategies and operations. Academic credentials include an MBA in Marketing Management from Fordham Gabelli School of Business and a BS in International Business and International Relations from Boston University.
