Carson Cook

Carson Cook is a skilled software developer currently contributing to the Zowe project at IBM, specializing in modernizing interactions with IBM mainframes. With prior roles including IT Commissioner at the Canadian Federation of Engineering Students and QA Software Development Engineer in Test at Trend Micro, Carson has demonstrated expertise in IT management, server maintenance, and test automation. Leadership experience as President of the Engineering Society of Queen's University involved managing a substantial budget and advocating for engineering students. Carson also possesses a foundation in cloud infrastructure development from work with the Ontario Ministry of Education and Android development experience from a startup. Currently pursuing a Doctor of Law degree at the University of Toronto, Carson has a well-rounded background in technology and engineering leadership.
