Clare Vance is a practising solicitor and senior counsel, currently serving as the Legal Resource Centre and Services Integration Hub West Legal Manager at IBM. With extensive experience in providing legal and compliance advice across Europe, Clare has held various roles within IBM, including Lead Lawyer for Ireland and team leader for a European legal team. Clare earned a BA in Law & Accounting from the University of Limerick, followed by qualifications as a Solicitor from the Law Society of Ireland and as a Tax Consultant from the Irish Taxation Institute.
