Jani Byrne Saliga

Jani Byrne Saliga, Ph.D., serves as an Advisory Board Member at Corporate Learning Network since March 2023, focusing on advancing learning and development standards. As Chief Learning Officer at IBM Center for Cloud Training since June 2014, Jani launched an award-winning global training and certification program that provides self-paced, digital education for industry roles. Jani's previous roles at IBM included Managing Editor in the Office of the CTO, Editor-in-Chief for Cloud, Director of Content Innovation and Marketing for Cloud, and various directorial positions in marketing, strategy, and venture capital. Jani contributed to the Seton Fund as a Board Member from 2012 to 2015 and served on the Board of the Austin Chamber of Commerce Technology Partnership from 2011 to 2013. Jani holds a Ph.D. in Cognitive & Experimental Psychology from the University of Maryland and a BS in Psychology from Washington College.
