Jill Fourie

Jillian Fourie is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in technology and digital workplace solutions. Currently serving as Vice President of AI, Automation, and Data Platform at IBM since July 2017, Jillian leads engineering, product, and design initiatives to integrate AI into IBM's digital workplace. Previous roles at IBM include Vice President of Digital Workplace Services and Support, overseeing a large organization focused on productivity experiences for employees, and Vice President of Digital Workplace Engineering, where responsibilities included global HR IT and intranet solutions. Prior to IBM, Jillian held positions at Microsoft and Google, gaining expertise in enterprise sales and partnerships. Jillian's educational background includes an MBA from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business and a BA in Economics from Whitman College.
