Julien Willard, MD MPH, is a Partner at IBM, where responsibilities include leading global enterprise strategy for life sciences, driving AI-powered innovation, and overseeing consulting activities with pharmaceutical clients in North America. Previously, Julien held senior positions at Accenture, UnitedHealth Group, PwC, The World Bank, Oxfam, and Population Services International, focusing on healthcare strategy, digital transformation, health equity, and pharmaceutical economics. Additional roles include serving on the Board of Directors for the San Diego Youth Symphony and Conservatory and as an Advisory Board Member for Harvard Business Review. Julien holds a Doctor of Medicine from The Russian State Medical University, a Master's Degree in Public Health and Health Economics from the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine, and a Finance diploma from Yale University.
