Khwaja Shaik serves as the Chief Technology Officer at IBM since July 2015, where responsibilities include leading digital transformation, governance, risk management, and strategic planning, driving substantial operational efficiencies and cost reductions. With board governance experience from organizations such as the NACD Atlanta, the University of North Florida, and the Museum of Science & History, Khwaja plays a key role in overseeing technology, innovation, and cybersecurity initiatives. An advisory member of the Harvard Business Review Council and McKinsey’s Executive Panel, Khwaja contributes thought leadership across various sectors.
