Kortney Pierce is an Intelligent Automation and Business Transformation Consultant and Product Owner at IBM, where they focus on leveraging intelligent automation to solve complex problems. Previously, they served as a Rating Veteran Service Representative at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs and were involved in various leadership programs. Kortney holds a degree in Public Administration from Henderson State University and is actively committed to helping Veterans and their families. They are also a proud military spouse and parent to two children.
