Marcos Salmeron

Marcos Salmeron is an experienced project manager with a strong background in the banking and finance sector. Currently serving as the Core Banking Leader and Project Manager at IBM de México since February 2015, Marcos specializes in the implementation of financial services for Grupo Financiero Banorte-Ixe, focusing on online banking, mobile banking, and ATMs. Prior experience at BBVA Bancomer from January 2000 to July 2014 includes roles such as IT Manager and Senior Project Leader, where Marcos was responsible for digital banking projects using agile methodologies and overseeing the development of Bancomer Net Cash in Latin America. Academic achievements include a Master's degree in Administration from Instituto Politécnico Nacional and a Diploma in Leadership from Tecnológico de Monterrey.
