Mikhail Kozlov

Mikhail Kozlov is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in engineering management and information systems. Currently serving as a Sr. Engineering Manager at IBM since June 2025, Mikhail leads a globally distributed team focused on supporting core business functions, overseeing enterprise systems, and facilitating the integration of HashiCorp into IBM. Prior to this role, Mikhail held various leadership positions at HashiCorp, SugarCRM, and other organizations, where responsibilities included managing engineering teams, optimizing system integration, and spearheading automation efforts.
