Tracy Spector

Tracy Spector has a diverse background in events and marketing, having held various roles across multiple organizations. They began their career as an Assistant Account Executive at AKQA, Inc. (2007-2010) and progressed to an Account Executive at Deutsch, where they worked on the Volkswagen account (2010-2014). Their expertise continued to grow as they served as a Senior Account Executive at Merrick Towle Creative (2014-2015) and later at Wunderman DC for Pfizer (2017-2018). As a Community Liaison Officer with the U.S. Department of State (2016-2017) and a Cultural Affairs Assistant, they developed strong community engagement skills. Currently, Tracy leads studio experiences at IBM's Innovation Studio in Washington, DC, and has recently been the Retail Events Manager for Bentley Motors at Iris (2018-2023). Tracy holds degrees in Media and Communications from Bond University and a BA in Communications from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
